1. The Common Sense of Cartridge's Usage 

1. ) jHow to Store the Cartridge

• Place the Cartridge in the environment in normal temperature, keeping away from the sunlight, strong light and heat power.
• Prior to the installation, don't tear the exterior package and air seal. 
• After tearing open the Cartridge, the Cartridge must be installed as soon as possible, otherwise the leakage or ink failure may be possible. 
• In order to get the best print effect, please use it up within three months.  

2. ) How to install and replacing the Cartridge?

• During the printing, while the indicator (INK OUT) begins to glitter, which means the printer is coming to be out of ink and the print still can continue for several papers till the light stops, at a moment's notice to replace the Cartridge instantly. 
  
• At the time of installation of Cartridge, the air seal should be torn up in accordance with the instruction but not to unrip the tape at the bottom of the Cartridge or the ink will be leaked.  
• By every time of installing the new Cartridge, the print head should be cleaned 2-3 times.
• The Printer cannot work in the event of no ink or not to install the Cartridge well even if there is the ink in it.  
• The front part can lift down prior to the replacing while the new Cartridge drops down. 
• Unless the Cartridge should be changed, in normal situation, the protection clamp should not to open.  
• Please do not to get your hands into the printer or touch the Cartridge.  
• If you doubt the Cartridge's quality, take it from the printer and seal it with transparent tape, then hand it to the distributor 
• Please do not to use the over-exceeded Cartridge

• Through the print head rinse to check the Cartridge,  it is very effective. 
• If the lines lacking is still seen after the cleaning, please repeat the cleaning again and again, in normal situation, the pattern' line will decrease, which proves the cleaning is very effective. 
• After the continuous cleaning, if the printer cannot work normally, which indicates the Cartridge has been out of ink and need to replace.  
• After installing a new Cartridge, if there is the line lacking or some color not to spray, it is possible for the bump during the transportation or reverse placing but not the printer head's jam, the head cleaning should be considered. 
• Under the normal case, if there is only little lines lacking, and no need of the high-quality pictures, the printing can go on normally.  

3. Factors affecting the picture print effect

• Cartridge's quality
• Choose the proper media： paper in various brand, quality and effect (for example, the whiter paper can get the vivid picture)
• The definition degree of the original picture 
• Resolution rate
• The color saturation of the picture by applying the different software. 

4. The pertinent factors involved in service life

During the usage of the color Cartridge, it must be noted that the red, yellow and blue should be balanced and not to lay particular stress on one color, even if one color has been used up, and the rest is still available, the Cartridge cannot be used. Generally speaking, the higher resolution of the picture, the more ink will be needed. 

5. Printer Head' s Maintenance

• The printer's head is the most expensive part in the whole ink printer, but it is not so easily jammed as you imagined, usually it can be cleaned up for the general head jam. 
• The key to the printer head's maintenance lies on the correct operation and high-quality Cartridge.  
• The service life of the general printer head is the time replacing the Cartridge for 20 to 30.
• For the printer head, its service life of printing the documents is longer than of printing the color, semi- tinge or gray patterns. 
• While the black or color ink is used up, the indicator (INK OUT) will glitter and the printer cannot be cleaned any more, the Cartridge should be replaced. 
• The sufficient ink should be kept in the printer and the long-time leaved unused printer is easily cause the printer head jam. therefore the printer should be guaranteed to be used once or two in a week at least.    
• For the printer not to be used frequently, it is suggested that the printer should be cleaned once prior to turning off. 
• The work theory of EPSON is different from CANON and HP， so it is by taking the multi-layer technology， the ink sprayed is round. And Epson is more easily to enter the air than Canon. 

6. Printer's Maintenance 

• In order to keep your printer in the best state, it should be cleaned for several times within a year. 
• Turn off the power supply while cleaning， take out all of the paper from the feeder and wipe it with wet napkin. 
• The improper moving may damage the printer, so the package should be careful (the best it is the original package.)
• Prior to the moving, the print head should be covered and return the Cartridge. 
• The printer should be kept in horizontal level during the moving, and not to convert it, otherwise the ink may flow out from the rinse slot.
